1. On your system, go to Calendar/All Jobs, select "Tabular View".

Make sure you're viewing enough entries to cover the entire invoicing period (you can change this from 25 to 50 to 100, and so on, at the bottom of the page).

2. In the Column Selector (Top Right), select these columns ONLY:

• ID
• Date
• Start Time
• Customer
• Location
• Stat
• Act. Dur. Hrs
• Ex. Dur. Hrs
• Mileage

3. Select all data displayed for the month, all of the data corner to corner. Click Copy (CTRL C).
